A Sanctuary Born from a Dream

Lauren B Yoga, young woman with long dark hair smiling and sitting on a wooden bench covered with a cowhide rug, in her yoga studio. She is wearing a dress and shiny tights, holding a phone, a pair of glasses. Yoga mats, sound bowls, blocks, plants.

For as long as she can recall, Lauren wished she lived in a stable.

Not just beside one — but within one.
To her this was samadhi (sacred presence); a place where a horse’s heartbeat matches the cadence of the universe, where the scent of hay and earth quiets the nervous system, and where presence doesn’t need to be forced because it is felt.

Seventeen years ago, she became a rider at the New York Equestrian Center.
Seventeen years ago, she also became a devoted practitioner of yoga.

For Lauren, these were never separate paths.

Horses taught her stability of the mind.
Yoga taught her the stability of the soul.

And at the heart of it all is STABLE STUDIO;  the manifestation of that lifelong prayer — a dream she once whispered as a child and has now made real. A sanctuary where grounded strength meets devotional flow. Come discover a home where the community gathers not just to move, but to remember who they are.
